Section 50. Objection to accounts.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963 (5 of 1963), s.46; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
50. (1) Any person interested in the Secondary Education Fund may, in the manner prescribed by rules, prefer an objection in writing to the accounts submitted to the auditor. (2) When an objection under this section is overruled by the auditor, he shall forthwith send a copy of his order overruling the objection to the person who preferred the objection.
