This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (Repealing) Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 2017); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
