Section 12. Validation.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (Repealing) Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 2017); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. The proceedings of the Commission shall not be invalidated by reasons of any vacancy in the office of the Chairperson or any other member.
