Section 15. Direction by State Government.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (Repealing) Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 2017); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. In the discharge of its functions, the Commission shall be guided by such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may be given to it by the State Government from time to time.
