Section 22. Power to make regulations.

This Act was repealed on 29 June 2015 by the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education Act, 2015 (West Bengal Act X of 2015), s.29(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. (1) The State Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder,— (a) regulating the meeting of the State Council and the procedure for conducting business thereat; and (b) regulating the manner in which and the purposes for which persons may be associated with the Council under section 8. (2) No regulation shall be made under this section except with the previous approval of the Government.
