Section 6. Meetings of the State Council.

This Act was repealed on 29 June 2015 by the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education Act, 2015 (West Bengal Act X of 2015), s.29(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. The State Council shall meet at such times and places, and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings, as may be provided by regulations made under this Act.
