Section 33. Power to make rules.

33. (1) The State Government shall have the power to make rules under the Act for furtherance of the aims and objectives as enunciated in the Act and as stipulated in the Act. (2) Every rule made under this Act shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
