Section 31. Transitory provisions.

31. (1) The Chairman shall make the first regulations for the purposes of this Act. (2) The first regulations shall remain in force for a period of one year from the date of their commencement or until new regulations are made by the Council under the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
