Section 21. Indemnity.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Taxes on Entry of Goods in Local Areas Act, 1962 (20 of 1962), s.24(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
21. No suit, or other legal proceedings shall lie against Government and no suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or servant of Government for anything which is in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
