Section 13. Appointment of Inspector.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1959 (Assam Act No. XIX of 1959), as listed in the Assam Legislative Department's list of repealed Acts; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. The State Government may appoint any Government Officer by virtue of his office or any other person to exercise any of the functions of an Inspector under this Act and rules made thereunder.
