Section 11. Officers exercising powers under this Act deemed to be public servants.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021 (named as the Act repealing it at entry 33 of the Assam Legislative Department's list of repealed Acts; the list gives no date); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. Officers exercising powers under this Act deemed to be public servants.—All certifying officers, veterinary officers and other persons exercising powers under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
