Section 10. Abetments and attempts.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021 (named as the Act repealing it at entry 33 of the Assam Legislative Department's list of repealed Acts; the list gives no date); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. Abetments and attempts.—Whoever abets any offence punishable under this Act or attempts to commit any such offence shall be punished with the punishment provided in this Act for such offence.
