This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Consolidation of Holdings (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 11 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
24. The State Government may delegate to any officer or authority subordinate to it (not below the rank of a Subdivisional Officer) any of the powers conferred on it except the powers under Section 3 to be exercised subject to any conditions specified in the order of delegation.
