Section 25. Power of officers to enter upon and survey.

25. It shall be lawful for the Settlement Officer or the Consolidation Officer or any person acting under their orders to enter upon, survey, take levels, erect survey marks, demarcate boundaries and do all other acts necessary for due discharge of any duty imposed under the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
