Section 15. Officers of the Committee.

This Act was repealed on 7 February 2023 by the Assam Evacuee Property (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 71 of 2023), s.2(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. Officers of the Committee.—The Committee may appoint with the approval of the State Government such officers (hereinafter referred to as Administrative Officers) as may be necessary for the proper discharge of its functions under this Act and way also appoint such other staff as it considers necessary.
