THE ASSAM MADRASSA EDUCATION (PROVINCIALISATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES AND RE-ORGANISATION OF MADRASSA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation of Services of Employees and Re-Organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions) Act, 2018. (2) It extends to the whole State of Assam. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act, or for different category of Madrassa Educational Institutions.
