THE ASSAM MADRASSA EDUCATION (PROVINCIALISATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES AND RE-ORGANISATION OF MADRASSA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

17. (1) Whoever provides misleading, incorrect or false information to and suppresses materials information from or abets the providing or suppression of such information to the District Scrutiny Committee or to any other authority under this Act shall commit an offence under this Act which shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years.
