This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18. Offences committed under this Act shall be cognizable and non- bailable under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
