Section 5. Travel Facilities

5. The Ministers and the Leader of the Opposition shall be entitled to,- (a) while on tour on public business within the State of Assam as well as outside the State, to travelling allowance as may be prescribed; (b) for journeys performed in connection with medical treatment, to travelling allowances as may be prescribed.
