Section 6. Amenities

6. The Ministers and the Leader of the Opposition shall be entitled to,- (a) free furnished residence at Guwahati throughout the year which shall be maintained at public expenses; (b) vehicles including vehicle for securities as may be necessary for security of the Ministers and the Leader of the Opposition to be maintained at public expenses; (c) personal staff as may be prescribed; (d) newspapers and magazines as may be prescribed; (e) any other allowances or facilities or amenities as may be prescribed.
