This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Ministers' and Leader of the Opposition's Salaries, Allowances and Amenities Act, 2018; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. In the Assam Legislative Assembly Members' Salaries and Allowances Act, 1958, in Section 2, full stop at the end shall be deleted and the following shall be added to at the end “or the Leader of Opposition.”
