Section 44. Interpretation The Assam Science & Technology University Act, 2009
Act no. 3 of 2010 2010 In force Assam (State Act)
44. If any dispute arises as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Act, the interpretation given by the State Government shall be final and binding to all concerned.
