Section 13. Publication of names of the members of the Council.

This Act was repealed on 21 May 2022 by The Assam State Higher Education Council (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 19 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. The names of the persons appointed/nominated by the Government as members of the Council shall be published in the Official Gazette by the Government.
