Section 30. Disposal of surplus.

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 6 of 2018), s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. Disposal of surplus. - Any surplus arrived at after providing for interest on capital depreciation on buildings, equipments and other assets, cost of development, cost of administration and other expenses, shall be utilized for the liquidation of loans and such other purposes as may be considered necessary for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
