Section 31. Filling up vacancies.

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 6 of 2018), s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. Filling up vacancies. - If for any reason, there is a vacancy in the Board or Executive Committee, the State Government shall fill such vacancy by appointing member of that category.
