Section 45. Constitution of ad hoc committees

45.Constitution of ad hoc committees - Notwithstanding anything in this Act and until such times as the authorities are duly constituted, the Vice-Chancellor may subject to the prior approval of the Board, after the constitution of the Board, appoint committees temporarily to exercise, perform and discharge any of the powers, functions and duties of such authority under this Act.
