This Act was repealed on 25 February 2019 by the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 9 of 2019), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Registration of the Adhoc Committee.– The registration of Adhoc committee as an institution will be done by the Block Education Extension Officer.
