Section 9. Term of the Adhoc Committee.

This Act was repealed on 25 February 2019 by the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 9 of 2019), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Term of the Adhoc Committee.– The Adhoc committee shall remain in existence till a committee is constituted under the provisions of this Act and the provisions of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act.
