This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Bihar Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
19. Responsibility for payments of wages.— Every employer shall be responsible for the payment to his employees of all wages required to be paid under this Act.
