Section 20. Fixation of wage period.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Bihar Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Fixation of wage period.— (1) Every employer shall fix period in respect of which such wages shall be payable. (2) No wage period shall exceed one month.
