This Act was repealed on 11 September 2006 by the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 (28 of 2006), s.21; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. Protection of persons acting in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made there under.
