Section 6. Prohibition on transport of agricultural cattle for slaughter.

This Act was repealed on 11 September 2006 by the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 (28 of 2006), s.21; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Prohibition on transport of agricultural cattle for slaughter.- No person shall transport or offer for transport or cause to be transported any agricultural cattle from any place within the State any place outside the State, for the purpose of its slaughter in contravention of the provision of this Act or with the knowledge that it will be or is like to be so slaughtered.
