Section 7. Prohibition of sale-purchase or otherwise disposal of cows, calves of cow or calves of she-buffaloes.

This Act was repealed on 11 September 2006 by the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 (28 of 2006), s.21; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Prohibition of sale-purchase or otherwise disposal of cows, calves of cow or calves of she-buffaloes.- No person shall purchase, shall purchase, sell or otherwise dispose of or offer to purchase, sell or otherwise dispose of or cause to be purchased, sold or otherwise disposed of cows, calves of cows or calves of she-buffaloes for slaughter or knowing of having reason to believe that such cattle shall be slaughtered.
