22. Co-ordination Council.- There shall be a council for Co-ordinating the activities of the Horticulture Universities in the State. The council shall be constituted by an order of the State Government and shall comprise of the following- (1) Minister of Agriculture : Chairman (2) Vice-Chancellors of the Horticulture Universities: Members (3) Registrars of the respective Universities : Members. (4) Directors of the respective Universities : Members. (5) Comptrollers of the respective Universities : Members. (6) Secretary to Government of Chhattisgarh in the- (i) Department of Agriculture/Horticulture, (ii) Department of Animal Husbandry and Veternary Services, (iii) Department of Fisheries, (iv) Department of Ayacut, (v) Department of Finance, (vi) Department of Forest, (vii) Department of Tribal Welfare, (viii) Department of Irrigation, (ix) A representative of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research to be nominated by the Director General.
