Section 24. No child to work in any establishment

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
24. No child to work in any establishment -- No child shall be required or allowed to work whether as an employee or otherwise in any establishment not withstanding that such child is a member of the family of the employer.
