This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. Young persons and women to work between 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. -- No young person or women shall be required or allowed to work whether as an employee or otherwise in any establishment before 7 a.m. and after 9 p.m. notwithstanding that such young person or women is a member of the family of the employer.
