Section 28. Payment when to be made

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
28. Payment when to be made -- An employee who had been allowed leave under section 26 shall before his leave begins, be paid half the total amount due to him for the period of such leave.
