Section 29. Power of Inspector to act for worker

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
29. Power of Inspector to act for worker -- Any Inspector may institute proceeding on behalf of any employee in an establishment to which this Act applies to recover any sum required to be paid under this Chapter by an employer which the employer has not paid.
