Section 45. Contravention of section 10

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
45. Contravention of section 10 -- If any person contravenes, the provisions of section 10 he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
