Section 46. Employees contravening sections 13(3), 18, 25 and 57

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
46. Employees contravening sections 13(3), 18, 25 and 57 — If an employee contravenes the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 13 or sub-section (2) of section 18 or sub-section (2) of section 25 or section 57, he shall, on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
