This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
63. Provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, to apply mutatis mutandis — The provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 (VIII of 1923) and of rules made thereunder shall mutatis mutandis apply to every employee of an establishment.
