Section 1. Short title and extent. The Chhattisgarh Temporary Postponement Of Execution of Decrees, 1958.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Temporary Postponement of Execution of Decrees Act, 1958.
(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.
