Section 70. Power of Commissioner to notify certain forms.

This Act was repealed on 26 January 2020 by the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Repeal) Regulation, 2020 (5 of 2020), s.2(1) and Schedule item (1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
70. (1) The Commissioner may notify and publish any forms which may be necessary for the reporting of information to the Value Added Tax authorities. (2) Where the Commissioner has notified a form for a particular purpose, all persons shall be required to report the information using the form. (3) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, a notification issued by the Commissioner may stipulate all or any of the matters which in the opinion of the Commissioner are necessary or convenient for the proper administration of this Regulation.
