Section 30. Penalty for unauthorised betting

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 3 of 2017), s.174(1)(ii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. Penalty for unauthorised betting (1) Any person who bets in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 23 shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees. (2) Any person who offers or receives bets in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 23 shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees.
