Section 31. Penalty for obstructing inspecting officers

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 3 of 2017), s.174(1)(ii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. Penalty for obstructing inspecting officers If any person prevents the entry of any officer duly authorised in this behalf or otherwise Obstructs such officer in the discharge of his duties imposed by or under this Act or the rules made thereunder, such person shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees.
