Section 3. Accomodation In prisons DELHI PRISONS ACT,2000
Act no. 2 of 2002 2002 In force Delhi (State Act)
3. The Government shall provide in its jurisdiction accommodation in prisons constructed and regulated in such manner as to comply with the requisitions of this Act in respected of the separation of prisoners .
