Art. 572 – The opposition suspends the proceedings of the executors subsequent to the attachment. Sole § The attachment, however, shall not be done in the following cases:– 1. When the debt arises from an obligation secured by the pledge of shares of the comunidade or of gold or of silver objects or by mortgage. 2. When the opponent tenders security as provided in the Civil Procedure Code, within ten days from the date of issue of notice by order of the administrator including the probable amounts of the court-fees, costs and interest, as stipulated.
