Art. 573 – After the receipt of the opposition, the attorney of the comunidade may reply within ten days, commencing from the expiry of ten days time granted for the opposite party to submit his defence, when there is sole defaulter, but when there are more than one defaulters the time shall count from the date of service of notice the summons to the last defaulter. § 1. The answer shall be given and signed by the attorney of the comunidade and the lawyer, or by the lawyer only when he has the wakalatnama. § 2. The clerk of the comunidade who issued the current accounts may give his say on the matter raised in the opposition.
