Art. 578 – The administrator shall deliver his judgment giving reasons, within ten days of the end of the time limit for the submission, rejecting or upholding the defence, in whole or in part, and if the defence is upheld, he shall cancel the account or direct it review. Sole § The parties shall be notified of the decision, unless they acted ex-part.
