Art. 579 – The cost arising from the deposition and all steps taken till final decision shall be paid by the defeated party in the proportion to the quantum decided. Sole § The costs and stamp duty incurred by the creditor comunidade as per the judgment shall be born by the clerk who had issue the certified copy of the current accounts and if the change of the accounts was occasioned due to his fault or negligence, then he shall also have to pay a fine in favour of the opposition, equivalent to double the costs and stamp duty.
